Create project overview in Excel Make the following overview in an Excel workbook, see the columns below. From left to right: A: Project name (leave 7 blank lines under each project name) B: Results (such as press release, video, meeting) C: Start date D: End date and E. Status (doing, on hold, outsourced) F: Next step and G. Comments (make this column very wide) Variety in projects Make a good mix between types of projects.
